Built-in Red & Near-Infrared Light Therapy

Both TIMECAB models include an integrated photobiomodulation system — 660 nm (visible red, targeting superficial tissue and skin) and 850 nm (near-infrared, penetrating to muscle and subcutaneous structures). Sessions run 10–30 minutes, continuous or pulsed, and can be combined with the hyperbaric session or used independently.

Recommended maximum: 30 min per session per body zone, once daily.

Step 01 — Preparation
Briefing & equipment check
Before every session, the operator briefs the user on pressure equalisation techniques (Valsalva manoeuvre, swallowing, yawning), emergency button location, mask fitting, and oxygen breathing pattern. The chamber door seal, interior surfaces, and oxygen masks are inspected and disinfected.
Step 02 — Compression
Smooth pressurisation to target ATA
After the user is seated and the door is latched, the operator selects target pressure (1.3, 1.5, 1.8, or 2.0 ATA) and duration (30–90 min). Compression takes 5–15 minutes, controlled automatically. Continuous two-way voice communication is maintained via the external operator panel throughout.
Step 03 — Isobaric Phase
Oxygen delivery at working pressure
Once target pressure is held, the user breathes ≥93% oxygen through their mask. Light therapy (660/850 nm) can be activated from the interior touchscreen. The operator monitors pressure, O₂ concentration, and interior temperature every 5–10 minutes. Typical session: 45–60 minutes at pressure.
Step 04 — Decompression
Smooth pressure release & exit
At session end, smooth decompression begins automatically. Oxygen delivery continues through the mask until pressure fully equalises. The door only opens once the 'Decompression complete' indicator confirms 0 gauge pressure. Users rest 5–10 minutes post-session and rehydrate. A 15–20 minute cooldown between back-to-back sessions is required.
